Simoun Christmas Challenge

Seeing as there was interest in the Christmas Challenge, I decided to draw up the plan and post it. I ended up doing a 12 Days thing after all. XD It’s up to you how you interpret each of the pieces. You do not have to do all 12 days, and it is certainly not required. I just figured that it would both give some choices and a challenge for those wanting to take that on. Fic, drabble, sketch, drawing- it’s all up to you. On the off chance that someone does successfully complete all 12 Days, I'll see about some kind of prize, but I can make no guarantees on that front.

Character-wise, it’s all up to you who you use. You can pick any character or pair that you’d like. You can also choose any point in time for the character/s. Interpret the challenge prompts as you see fit. I tried to leave them pretty open so that they worked for many characters, and for any type of celebration you would find fitting to the world of Simulacrum.

Challenge begins now, and goes until December 31st. I know that many will celebrate the holiday season prior to that date with family and friends and things can get awfully busy around that time of year. I’ve added on a few extra days because of that.

- Day 2 – A romp in the snow
- Day 3 – Prayer and blessings for Tempus Spatium
- Day 4 – Revelry and cheer
- Day 5 – A kiss shared beneath the mistletoe
- Day 6 – Cooking treats and candies to share
- Day 7 – Walking on a blustery day
- Day 8 – Ringing in a new year and saying goodbye to the old
- Day 9 – Songs and music to celebrate the time of year
- Day 10 – Lights to shine through the dark night
- Day 11 – Hopes and dreams
- Day 12 – Giving to someone less fortunate

XD Not sure if I should be afraid of that or not! I've finished Days 7 and 8 for my part, and I have a fic for Day 2 in progress at this point, with ideas for others swirling around.

I doubt I can finish all the days (I want a prize...), but I will do several. Join in the spirit of Simoun Christmas, people!

I don't think I can even finish all the days the way I'm going. I figure I may switch to doing drabbles for some, but I like having all sorts of fics. I'm still not sure on a prize, but will probably use settei. I have extra copies of some stuff, so I could send out physical copies or give out the digital versions. And I definitely have some of Dominura

A reminder for the Christmas Challenge. I think the ones I have submitted myself will be all I do, as I'm currently working on many other fanfic things, including that longshot that many of you know about but haven't read.

Anyone completing at least 1 day though will receive a settei of the character of their choice. Complete more than one, and get another one. They are high quality scans. If you're lucky, I may have physical doubles that I could send out, but I'll have to see after I get my latest batch.
