Simoun Rhymes (fandom game)

Silly conversations between Rachel (Sibylla Aaeru) and myself led to us writing Simoun-related versions of the "Roses are red" rhyme and so we thought we'd open up the idea to the forum. Feel free to make a Simounified version of any nursery rhyme, song, commercial jingle (8D), etc. or just make something up.

Since Rachel wanted me to make the topic I should start...but um...the one thing I've come up with so far is...silly. But the concept of the thread is silly anyway so. Here goes!

(Yes, that IS Guragief's attempt at wooing Anubituf, who, by the by, responded with allegations of barbarianism. And I look pretty silly right now if you don't know which scene I'm referencing or perhaps even if you do).

I have no idea where we come up with these sorts of things, but my original take on the Roses are Red verse was Aaeru's attempt to get Neviril. Took me two tries to get it right, as the first version wasn't very "Aaeruish" Here's the good copy:

My simile seats one,
but your Simoun is for two.
Come on and kiss me,
'Cause I'm gonna pair with you!

Yes, Anubituf is the 'man all tattered and torn' and Guragief is the 'yuppie all shaven and shorn'. You have to admit they DID look like a gay yuppie couple in the end there.
